Job Responsibilities:
- Work in HQMS to organize, classify, and maintain controlled documents and folders in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Partner with document owners to review, update, and approve documentation changes.
- Verify that documents accurately reflect current processes and procedures in the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in process verification and documentation audits as needed.
- Support customer claim investigations by collecting and validating relevant records and reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and improve system organization.
Technical Qualifications and Certifications:
- Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems (HQMS, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms).
- Experience using ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards
- Experience supporting process verification activities, internal audits, or customer claim investigations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large document databases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with document owners and cross-
functional departments (engineering, production, and quality). - Must be able to use MS Word and Excel to submit documents and reports within the time specified (usually within 24 hours after job completion)
- Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events
- Flexibility in scheduling

Project Duration: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. CURRENT PROJECT starts 2nd week of November.
Shift Hours: Shift Hours varies in a 1099 Contract; CURRENT PROJECT is 8 hours
Ability to commute to Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA. (and other Mississippi areas after current Project completion in future)
