Quality Inspector: Danville, IL (1099 Contractor)

*THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME ROLE || THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY FOR DANVILLE, ILLIONOIS*
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Contractor will need to inspect around 1400pcs of crankshafts for 0.13Ra surface finish and scratches on all journals.
- This will be a manual inspection with a calibrated profilometer and visual inspection.
- Results should be documented by serial number.
Technical Qualifications and Certifications:
- QE with a background on metrology or calibrations services is needed.
- Possible Mechanical background
- Inspector will need to be able to operate a crane/forklift, each unit is 30 lbs.

- Contract Type: 1099 contract (Part Time)
- CURRENT OPPORTUNITY is estimating 186 hrs. + 4 hrs. as report time. || Please note-in 1099 Contracts, each project work hours will vary for each client.
- Shift Hours: 1st shift. || Please note-in 1099 Contracts, shift hours are different for each client.
- Work Location: Danville, Illionois
Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
