Responsibilities
-Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company’s sales ambitions.
-Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
-Create sales quotations that meet customers’ requirements.
-Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
-Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
-Organize and chair Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
-Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience.
-Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Knowledge or Experience in Mechanical or Electrical products is preferred.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
- Preferable working location: Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, California
